Author Description

This instructor's version of the student text includes teacher's annotations at point-of-use in the margins as well as activity answers. The annotations offer suggestions on executing the activities, deciding which exercises may or may not be skipped, and other information useful to instructors and teaching assistants for lesson preparation.
