Life is too short to stuff a mushroom and so while this book is aimed at those amateur home cooks who want to do a little more than just whack a lump of dead meat on a barbie, you won't be asked to read recipes that could double as short stories, to use esoteric culinary implements nor to source overly exotic ingredients.
