This volume contains business reports originating from the Nanyang Business School's Business Study Mission to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in March of 1996. In this volume, the editors offer a comprehensive and penetrating profile of the political economy of Vietnam during a critical shift in policy. The chapters proceed from macro issues to functional areas of law, tax, trade regulations and accounting, to specific economic sectors and special issues.
