Fascioliasis is a common liver disease of herbivores throughout the world and is of great economic and public health importance.Tissue damage in the liver of goat naturally infected with Fasciola gigantica is reported here based on orginal research. The main findings are fibrosis, thickening and bile ducts hyperplasia, blood vessel abnormalities, fatty degeneration, atropy and damage to portal tract area. This information is useful to the students and teachers of parasitology, research workers in this field of study and livestock farming agencies.
