The first and only book covering virtual microscopy and virtual slides, presents the latest developments in this new and evolving field in pathology and morphology. The book is based on, but not limited to, the First Symposium of Virtual Slides organized at the Medical University of South Carolina, and presents an updated, comprehensive, and balanced view of the entire field.
