A Steering Committee was established to provide overall direction for a study to assist the industry in determining the best means by which it can adequately represent itself on resource concerns. This report presents the findings of this survey, discusses the approach recommended by the Steering Committee and proposes a draft business plan based on the recommended approach. The purpose of this report is to present the proposed business plan to industry for their consideration. The objective of the plan is to establish a more effective mechanism for representing tourism interest on natural resource management.
