
This book is an enriched version of my other book that has a 5 stars review, "Can Tai Chi be self-learned?" Some viewers have asked me to do a step-by-step instruction book for Tai Chi. However, when I researched into the possibilities I found that Tai Chi is a lot more than martial arts and its principles can be applied into many Dong gong and Jing gong and even simple exercises. It is much better to know the principles and the guidelines to practice good Tai Chi than to confine the instructions into mundane step-by-step details.
