This booklet is a new attempt to publish some of Master Huai-jin Nan’s experiences in Chinese with my English translation, especially his lectures in meditation posture and breathing. Also, this is my actual experiences of Embryonic Respiration, called Tai Xi in Chinese. After reading this booklet you will know that Embryonic Respiration occurs naturally and cannot be acquired consciously. I shall make some Embryonic Respiration demonstration videos and upload them in my YouTube Channel (George Ho: Channel dashboard - YouTube Studio) in the near future.
