This is a guide to equitable remedies applicable in Asian law, from a contemporary English and Hong Kong perspective. It examines the law relating to most major and commonly-used equitable remedies, and explains the relationship between equitable and common law remedies, and other concepts, including the umbrella concept of constructive trust, the relationship between the growing law of restitution and various traditional equitable remedies. There are also references to the law in other common law jurisdictions, such as Australia, Canada and the USA.
