"A Dickens of a Christmas" comes in response to repeated requests for more Rainy Day Writers' Christmas stories. RDW's first Christmas book, "Cambridge at Christmastime," was a collection of short stories about coming home to Cambridge, Ohio, for the holidays. In "A Dickens of a Christmas," the focus shifts to the Dickens Village scenes that populate the sidewalks and store windows of downtown Cambridge's Wheeling Avenue during the holiday season. Each scene has a story, brought to life in "A Dickens of a Christmas" by the twelve talented local authors who call themselves the Rainy Day Writers.
