Building An Empowering Mind transpired due to a life of mis-education, misguided conditioning, and many contradictions that have, for years, kept me imbalance and dis-empowered. I wrote this book because I realized that I am not alone. And I wanted to publicly offer my journey of recovery by way of my journal, penned over 3 years, that has actually helped me on a more constructive and purposeful path.
