Author Description

This document presents the first study dealing with experiments in aboriginal self-government in selected countries. Increasingly an issue of worldwide concern, the situation is evolving in different ways in the United States, Australia, New Zealand and Greenland. The document depicts various developments and sheds light on foreign experiments that may make a valuable contribution to our deliberations.
