Author Description

These proceedings cover intensive discussions on new physics to be studied by using 1 - 2 GeV electron and photon beams, and particularly the possible utilization of synchrotron radiation source facilities for investigation of unique problems in medium energy nuclear physics. It provides new direction of such a research field using electron and photon beams.
