If you are a Director or executive of a medium to large organisation that is thinking about what Digital Transformation means to your business, then this book is aimed at you. In writing this book, our goal has been to put ourselves in the shoes of Directors and consider the potentially profound impact that Digital Transformation could have on the future of the business. Importantly, we are asking the smart questions that will help in "Problem shaping" not "Problem solving", with a lens of strategy development, policy making, supervision and external accountability.
