When Midge looks out of his window, he hears a faint buzzing sound and sees Karlson, a little fat man, flying slowly past with a propellor on his back. Midge learns that he lives on the roof and has all kinds of interesting ideas and tricks. Karlson also features in "Karlson Flies Again".
