Author Description

Inspired by Learning Through Art/The Guggenheim Museum Children's Program, which harnesses the arts to play a role in helping children to learn to read and write, this is an activity book for elementary-school pupils and their families. Large colour reproductions of 12 masterpieces from the Guggenheim's collection are used to reinforce subjects in the US primary-school curriculum. The book is accompanied by a felt-tipped pen.
