The book is primarily focused upon developing a theoretical framework to analyze cross-border M & A deals done in the Oil and Gas industry. The research deals in the identification of M & A patterns, trends and strategies- financial as well as Operations, sources of finance through critical analysis of past one year's deals done in O & G industry. Our focus is also to identify the market in a particular geography and related legal and financial challenges.
