Cooking, arts and crafts are considered relevant skills for life, so parents and schools encourage children to learn and practice. Similarly, financial literacy is an essential part of life too. Many people think financial knowledge is hard and complex and there is a tendency to postpone or avoid learning of it. We believe the opposite. Exactly because it is complex, children should better learn early. And financial knowledge is not that hard, if it can be structured in a progressive framework and be taught step by step. With the Financial Hao Series, we like to take the mission to fill the current gap in children’s literature. We want to translate real life experiences into interesting and meaningful stories, so children can easily accept and understand abstract and complicate financial concepts.
