When changes happen in business processes at run time, the affected service-oriented systems should be adapted to accommodate the changes. Deciding the most suitable adaptation way is very critical and complicated. While there has been a lot of research working on adaptation of Web service composition, autonomic business-driven adaptation decision-making, particularly instance-based decision-making, is still an open research issue. In this book, we propose a set of business-driven instance-based adaptation decision-making solutions.
